Please follow this link to fill in the online registration form.
Registration can also be done at the school office, by filling the manual registration form.
Please read carefully the Terms and Conditions before signing or submitting the form.
Once registration is done, you are required to submit these items to the school office :
- Registration fee amounting RM 100.00(non-refundable).
- Four passport-sized photograph of your child with his/her name written at the back of each photo.
- A photocopy of your child’s Birth Certificate or MyKid.
MODE OF PAYMENT
1. To confirm the your child’s admission, a yearly registration fee must be paid.
2. The fee structure and further explanation can be obtained from the school office.
3. Payment can be made to our Maybank Account, ARIF MINDA SDN BHD with account no 562106667049. Payment methods are as below :
- Cheque(Payable to ARIF MINDA SDN BHD)
- Online bank transfer(Maybank2u or Interbank)
- Cash Deposit at ATM machine
4. Proof of payment should be sent to the school office or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org for us to issue the receipt.
